Satish, code name: Sats
Profession: Stupid secret agent
His mission: Find the missing dog with a diamond collar of the richest man in the
county. Mr. Ping
His clue: Dog has a 1000 diamonds encrusted collar
He gets a message on his phone “5pm, No.52”
Sats, being Sats walks to the bay and sees a yacht number
52.
He hears the dog bark, he walks carefully to the yacht, he sees that poodle
next to a dead body, and suddenly a smile spreads on Sats lips. He doesn't bother to look at the dead body or the message on the dog's tail.
He pulls the
diamond collar of the dog and very proudly gets it back to Mr. Ping.
Sats says, “Mr. Ping, as per my clue, here is your dog’s
collar”
And that’s how Sats got fired from his job.

Dear me! There's dumb and there's dumber. I reckon Sats is in line for a Darwin award. Mind you, if you have a UK connection - where SATS are the tests used to check kids' education - your story could be an allegory...
