#APOM 26. Z for Zen

My theme for this year is called "A Piece of Me" #APOM
I would be sharing a tiny piece of my life in pictures

Z for Zen

This has been the most amazing challenge yet.
I want to end this with something that I truly believe in
Zen, which  emphasizes the value of meditation and intuition

That is me. In my Zen mode. Early in the morning with a bed head
This picture was taken in Maldives

  3. I value "quiet time" to reflect, sort things out in my mind, get still and hear God speak to my heart.

I, too, have really enjoyed this AtoZ!

  6. Meditation and finding your zen has so many health benefits. I tend to go to fast most of the time and have to remind myself to slow down but I'm working on it. WeekendsInMaine

  18. I think I could enjoy that kind of Zen - especially in the Maldives! Isn't it nice to have the AtoZ behind us? I feel a lot more relaxed now that I'm going back to three posts a week and the chance to actually reply to the comments instead of running around trying to read and comment on so many other blogs. It's been a great way to meet people though hasn't it?
