FF: Moonlit

PC: Ted Strutz
He was nervous. She was biting her lips. They both were silent for a long time. Both had so much to day but words failed them.
He took her for sailing in his favorite boat, the boat that he named after her.
The moon shone beautifully in the sky, he gathered his guts, put his hand in his pocket nad pulled out the most beautiful antique cut ring.

While the boat and the waters were lit with the moonlight, he went on his knees and asked her “Will you marry me?”

  12. Sweet story. But he's already named a boat after her. Is he optimistic or obsessed?

  13. What a lovely way to propose! These days I see all these fancy production proposals online, but all you really need to be romantic is an open heart. Although a full moon over the water doesn't hurt!
